… of mice and Manda!

Definitely gang agley here at The Jacobeadery!

We had such sad news just before Christmas which wiped out any creativity on my part so no new table setting this year.

But the good news now is that the old, somewhat rotten conservatory is gone and the footings in for the new, extended one.  We are however having to use the front door to get to and from The Beadery which is OK when the weather is good, but not so OK when it’s raining.  Cuppas do tend to get a bit watered down.

So two more weeks and we should be looking at flooring, then moving furniture back in, sorting out the piles of stuff all around the house.  When that’s all done we can then get on with the rest of the house – changing over the bedroom and living room, gutting and making over the small bedroom and finally a new bathroom.  That’s 2020 sorted anyway.

On the work front I am now open for workshops here at The Beadery, whether 1:1 or small groups of 4-6 people.  Or, as my diary is showing, I can travel to your place and run one there.

So what plans do you have in store?  Learning a new way of beading?  Going to any fairs?  Now’s the accepted time to think and plan ahead but as we all know – things can and do change

Bestest to all
